Due to the nature of the products, there are no Returns or Exchanges on any product. All SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with your product upon reception contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for our Dreamers.

Everyone has different skin types and allergies. It is important to check the ingredients in all of the products before making a purchase.
I AM NOT responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritations, you are responsible for checking the ingredients in the products.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed Shipping may take up to 2-3 days not including weekends. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days not including weekends. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, processing time/shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email or telephone. (Due to CO-VID19 we are working diligently to have all orders out in their allotted time giving. Dreamers please bear with us as we are working in the CO-VID19 guideline to prepare your packages safely and with care).
Sunnyy Dreams is not responsible for any lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it; you will have to take this up with the United States Postal Service. Also if your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
